CapMan Returns

Good Afternoon,

As many of you may already be aware, CapMan has recently returned to the area and appears to be engaging in his usual activities.

Following reports that he had been seen on Adderley Road during the evening of 03/07/2026, PCSO 6652 Williams attended the area to gather further information regarding times, dates and encounters.

For those familiar with this individual, it will come as little surprise that the information provided was quickly corroborated. As a result, we will be progressing with the issuance of a Community Protection Warning (CPW) in the near future.

Please continue to report any further instances of contact or sightings of CapMan. If you would prefer not to make a formal report via our online reporting platform or by calling 101, you can send a message through NHL, which will be received directly by the local Clarendon Park policing team for assessment and action.
